Strategy Elevated, Reps Re-Energized at Controls' 2025 Global Sales Meeting

OTTO Controls' 2025 Global Sales Meeting energized its sales reps with interactive sessions and knowledge sharing.

OTTO Controls welcomed 75 sales representatives from around the world for its 2025 OTTO Global Sales Meeting in late September. The event, themed “Elevate Your Game,” mixed large group presentations with small group sessions and technology demos to encourage interaction and knowledge sharing.

Controls engineering and sales team members led short training sessions on various products and sales tools, and they manned the Innovation Station tabletop displays showcasing Controls solutions and emerging technologies.

Presentations at the main stage included an OTTO overview given by President Dan Stanek and introductions from Deron Stambaugh, Controls’ General Manager, and JC Holmes, Director of Sales. Two separate panel discussions—one on selling OTTO’s broader solutions and capabilities and another on distribution channel sales—involved reps who shared their recommendations.

Many attendees presented Customer Success Stories from their firms. These reps detailed how they worked alongside OTTO engineers and salespeople to earn business and how OTTO solutions and expertise fulfilled design requirements.

"Our team came away feeling the time was truly worthwhile," said Heather D'Amico, Vice President of Brainard-Nielsen Marketing, Controls' rep firm covering Illinois and Wisconsin. "We left energized and motivated to find OTTO solutions for our customers and new business opportunities for OTTO."

Other activities included facility tours and dinner events.
